Please note that this is a working 420-acre farm located within a natural bush setting. As expected on a rural property, the farm contains livestock, dams, electric fencing, cattle grids, uneven ground, farm machinery, wildlife, insects, reptiles and natural bushland, including potentially dangerous plants and animals. Rural properties naturally involve hazards that may not exist in residential or commercial accommodation.

 

Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and activities such as walking, fishing, kayaking and swimming. However, all activities on the property are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

 

The property contains unfenced and unsupervised water bodies, including dams. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly near water, animals and outdoor areas.

 

For safety reasons, guests must not enter animal paddocks, machinery sheds, storage areas or other restricted farm areas unless authorised by the hosts. Farm animals may behave unpredictably and machinery may operate without notice.

Guests must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others during their stay. Appropriate footwear should be worn outdoors and guests should remain aware of changing weather, uneven terrain and natural hazards.

If using the fire pit, guests must follow all instructions provided and comply with any fire restrictions or fire bans in place during their stay. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with staying on a working farm and participating in outdoor and water-based activities. You agree to take responsibility for your own safety and for the supervision and conduct of all children and guests included in your booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the property owners and hosts accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident or death arising from activities undertaken on the property or from failure by guests to follow safety directions or use reasonable care during their stay.

 

The person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all guests staying on the property.
